	The concentration of NaOH solution in the finishing bath is measured continuously by the electro magnetic detector. Following the concentration deviation, required volume of fresh NaOH is measured and dosed continuously in to the finishing bath to keep the concentration constantly at the preset value which is prescribed in the finishing program file.

The concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide (or Sodium Chlorite) in the bleaching bath is constantly measured by means of light absorbing optical method. According to the measured value, the required volume of thicker fresh Hydrogen Peroxide liquid (or Sodium Chlorite) is measured and dosed continuously in to the bath to keep the concentration constantly at the preset value which is registered in the finishing program file.

SEEDA-HYDN

MODEL SEEDA-HYDN - Concentration control device of the scouring and bleaching liquid in a same bath - The concentration of both Hydrogen Peroxide and NaOH is measured at the same time. The concentration of both liquid is controlled as it is constantly kept at preset value. Concentration of auxiliaries which are used for the scouring and bleaching process is also controlled in order to keep the concentration in constant value. The required volume of the auxiliaries to be added is determined proportionally to the dosing volume of Hydrogen Peroxide for the bleaching auxiliaries and NaOH for the scouring auxiliaries.

SEEDA-HYDC

- Concentration control device for the Sodium Chlorite bleaching liquid - The concentration of Sodium Chlorite is measured by the chromatic method and is controlled constantly at preset value. Also, in order to control the pH of the liquid at same value, required volume of Formic Acid is constantly fed. The auxiliaries are also fed in to the bath controlling the volume which is proportional to the volume of Sodium Chlorite.

- pH controlling device of the neutralization bath - This device measures the pH of the neutralization bath liquid and controls the pH of the bath at preset value by adding required volume of Acid in to the bath.
